Diversity as a resource
Inklusion [inclusion] is focusing on the potential of competences, views of life and ideas, which in its’ diversity create a dynamic society. We work for an inclusive society, one that appreciates diversity and opens to the world. A future oriented society must include to develop the potential of diversity.
Diversity is a value which we seek to concretize and make operational. The starting point for Inklusion was in 2003 to pose the question: ‘How can diversity become a resource in Denmark?’ Since then, we have been working with practical implementation of the diversity terminology, through awareness raising, networking, counseling, and communication of good practices – both in Denmark and the Middle East.
On this site you can read more about what we do, where and when.
